Brown participated in a similarly ceremony last fall in Jincheng City. Sunday, Oct. 18, 2009. ROME - More than 100 people gathered Sunday at theDelta Lake Inn to welcome Mayor Wang Maoshe and a delegation of dignitaries from Jincheng City, China. The reception and surrounding visit was part of an ongoing relationship between the two cities that began when Rome Mayor James Brown visited China in November 2008. Brown signed documents designating the two cities "sister cities" during that trip, and Wang did the same here Sunday evening.
